A collaboration with Brisbane Sustainability Agency

The project featured the adaptive reuse of a decommissioned water treatment plant to create a community District Park, with a unique blend of natural beauty, recreation and sustainable design. The site had a complex range of constraints including bushfire, flooding, ecology, contamination, air quality, vegetation and rehabilitation. In collaboration with Urbis, Colab provided Project Management and Superintendent Services, to provide a unique parkland with a range of activities including:
